Age Verification: gcasino employs active age verification procedures. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, and all funds in such Account — including deposits and winnings — will be forfeited. gcasino may report underage registration to relevant authorities where required by law.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) gcasino Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate Accounts may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update such information if it changes. gcasino is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information you have provided.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gcasino is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.4 KYC Verification. gcasino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, and verification of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will require completed KYC verification before processing. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
4.5 Account Currency. All Account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gcasino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. gcasino reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue available payment methods at any time.
5.2 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. gcasino reserves the right to return such deposits and close Accounts found to be funded from third-party sources.
5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform's Deposit page and may vary by payment method. gcasino does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification for amounts above applicable thresholds. Standard processing times are as follows:
5.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. Funds that have been credited as Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits not yet subject to any wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements.
Anti-Money Laundering: gcasino is required to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. 6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional bonuses are available to eligible registered players as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonuses are offered at gcasino's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus are specified in the relevant promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games, table games, and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate. Sports bets and specific game types may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

7.2 Certified RNG. All software-driven (RNG) games on the gcasino Platform operate on certified Random Number Generator systems. Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer studios. 7.4 Technical Errors. 7.5 Live Casino Disconnection. If you are disconnected from a live dealer table mid-round, the Platform's recorded state at the time of disconnection determines the outcome. gcasino is not responsible for connectivity disruptions caused by your internet service provider or mobile network.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gcasino Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the gcasino Platform — including but not limited to the gcasino brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to gcasino and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. 12.1 Platform Availability. gcasino does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, error, or downtime. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside gcasino's reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability. gcasino is not liable for loss of access or any consequential losses arising from Platform unavailability.
12.2 Gaming Losses. All gaming activity on the gcasino Platform involves financial risk. By placing any wager, you accept that losses are a natural and possible outcome of gaming. gcasino is not liable to you for any gaming losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform.
12.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gcasino excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether gcasino has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, gcasino's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your gcasino Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no outstanding Wagering Requirements apply to the remaining balance.
13.2 gcasino-Initiated Closure. gcasino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.3 Forfeiture on Termination for Cause. Where an Account is closed by gcasino due to breach of these Terms, bonus abuse, fraud, or other prohibited conduct, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom are forfeited in their entirety. gcasino retains the right to recover from any withdrawal already processed where it is established that such withdrawal was made in connection with prohibited conduct.
gcasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gcasino will endeavor to notify registered players via email or on-Platform notification prior to the effective date of the changes, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the gcasino Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1 above.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to its conflict-of-law provisions.
15.2 Regulatory Framework. gcasino's gaming operations are conducted in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's regulations form part of the compliance framework governing gcasino's services.
15.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the gcasino Platform, you should contact gcasino's customer support in the first instance. gcasino commits to acknowledging formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 15 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties may seek resolution through the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.
15.4 Jurisdiction. By using the gcasino Platform, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
